When you start training with us, we will conduct an initial physical movement screen as well as nutrition assessment.
This screening will assess your current physical abilities and/or limitations. After the initial screening, we will take you through a strength test to evaluate your strength capabilities before developing a customised training plan based on your individual goals. To achieve optimal results, your progress must be tracked and measured.
If you do two or more 45min 1on1 sessions per week we also include a customised online training program as well as a nutrition plan and skinfolds/In-body scan fortnightly.
