Semi-Private Strength Groups

We understand that not everyone has the capacity to train individually or with a friend multiple times per week.

However, we believe that you should have access to the benefits of structured and measured strength training and nutrition. This is why we developed our semi-private strength training groups. The semi-private groups run in fixed time slots each week, of no more than 4 people to one coach. We have early morning, mid morning, lunch times, early afternoon, evening and Saturday mornings.

When you join we will conduct an initial assessment with you as well as an In-Body scan (body composition report). When we complete the nutrition assessment we will get an understanding of your needs and put in a place a nutrition plan based on your specific goals. We track progress and measure body composition every meet 5 weeks and make changes to your nutrition as needed.

Haven’t lifted weights before? Don’t worry we cater to all skill levels, when you first join we will take you through our 3 level progression system. The progression system we have developed is focused on getting your body moving correctly through different movement planes using all the primal movements patterns. As you develop each pattern you will gain strength and muscular conditioning. When you can demonstrate you are competent at each level you will be progressed. Once you are competent in level 3 you will be strength tested and set up with a customised strength training program.

Your training history and skill level will determine how quickly you move through the progressions. Some people take a few sessions others take longer, you can go at your own pace.

PLATINUM – $139 per week 

  • 4 x  30-45 minute training sessions per week (maximum 4 people to one coach)
  • Conditioning session every Saturday
  • Customised Online Monthly Training Program with App
  • Customised nutrition plan written specifically for you, changed fortnightly
  • Fortnightly skin-folds
  • Goal setting
  • Initial body composition assessment
  • Inbody scans
  • Private Facebook group page and support
