Popping the Food Bubble Nutrition Program Feedback
1. Did you have identified problems upon entering the Program?
Yes, I had been dieting hard for a number of years (roughly 5) and struggling with binge eating, over training and body image issues as a result of competition prep.
2. Have these problems being resolved since starting the program?
For the most part yes, even though it is early days. I can say that since starting the program with Kitty I haven’t had one binge eating episode, which is incredible, given binging was occurring once to twice a week and even more on occasions. I’ve also begun to appreciate my body for what it can do, instead of always looking at the negative and what isn’t happening. One of the biggest shifts has been my mindset. It certainly hasn’t always been easy and change and acceptance can be difficult, however the program is a change in lifestyle and beliefs, and it sure has challenged every belief I held about nutrition and training, and I can honestly say this is the longest that I have ever been able to maintain change and I can only take positives away from the program.
3. What were you eating prior to starting the program?
A typical “bodybuilding” diet, restricted calories and occasional cheat meals which always turned into free for all binge eating feats; lots of vegetables, rice, protein, protein powders and just about every supplement under the sun.
4. What are you eating now?
A typical day for me will consist of eggs, cheese, orange juice, milk, white sugar, lamb, prawns, butter, white potato, dates and sometimes even ice cream!
5. How long did you spend in calendar time on the Program?
Approximately three months.
6. Was the information presented understandable and credible?
Absolutely – the information that Kitty provided has been so clear, with reliable resources, credible experts and backed by science! I really enjoyed receiving the lessons and sitting down to with Kitty one on one to discuss the method behind the madness. It really reinforced the learning and gave me the opportunity to ask as many questions as possible.
7. Was your coach for the Program helpful? What grade would you give him/her? (A – F)
Whatever is higher than an A! My expectations have all but been exceeded. Kitty and Craig really want what is best for their clients and their passion, knowledge, experience and support is out of this world.
8. Is it easy to procure the foods you need and prepare them for the Program you are now using?
My life has changed on this program. I am not wasting money on supplements and food. The time I spend prepping meals is minimum compared to before starting the program. I am even saving money on my weekly grocery bill. The food is easy to source at places like my local butcher, supermarkets and Aldi and in addition, it just tastes great!
9. Summarise your experience with the program.
Life changing. I don’t need to say anymore.
10. Would you recommend the Program to others?
Absolutely – and I already have.
