Popping the Food Bubble Nutrition Program Feedback
1. Did you have identified problems upon entering the Program?
I wasn’t eating enough around 1000-1200 calories a day, very low energy, my hair was falling, very irregular menstrual cycle.
2. Have these problems being resolved since starting the program?
My energy has increased, calories are up to 1600 per day, my strength has started to come, period has gotten more regular, hair loss has improved dramatically, down 6kgs.
3. What were you eating prior to starting the program?
Chicken, salad, sushi, meat, protein shakes, occasional chocolate bar
4. What are you eating now?
Milk, chicken, NuGel, eggs occasionally, fruit, cheese, potato’s, white rice, butter, cream, coffee, cucumber, tomatoes
5. How long did you spend in calendar time on the Program?
6. Was the information presented understandable and credible?
7. Was your coach for the Program helpful? What grade would you give him/her? (A – F)
She was very helpful, A- because you keep hassling me about increasing my calories LOL
8. Is it easy to procure the foods you need and prepare them for the Program you are now using?
Oh yeah really easy
9. Have you seen an increase in resting temperature and pulse while on the program?
I haven’t been tracking them recently, but they were not that low to start with
10. Summarise your experience with the program.
It was very easy to follow with the food guidelines, it tastes nice, and I feel good about listening to my body and eating foods that I like.
11. Would you recommend the Program to others?
Yes and have.
