1. Did you have identified problems upon entering the Program?
Tired, couldn’t sleep through the night, constantly sick, stressed, training was suffering
2. Have these problems being resolved since starting the program?
I don’t wake up exhausted anymore, I can now cope with stress and my training has been better, no issues, I am now recovering from training, I sleep through the night and have much better energy through the day.
3. What were you eating prior to starting the program?
Higher protein, protein powder, bars, chicken, green vegetables, green smoothies, nuts no dairy and very little fruit and brown rice.
4. What are you eating now?
Lots of dairy, lots of fruit, lean meats, Nugel, eggs, OJ, honey, introduced a little seafood, root vegetables and white rice.

Yes, A, you were responsive and explained thing’s well, you made things work for me. Any issues I had you listened, understood, summarised and made suggestions that worked for me.
8. Is it easy to procure the foods you need and prepare them for the Program you are now using?
9. Have you seen an increase in resting temperature and pulse while on the program?
I need to go back and redo them
10. Summarise your experience with the program.
For me I have gotten my quality of life back, I was always getting sick for weeks at a time. I can now maintain the life I want to have it’s a level of happiness.
11. Would you recommend the Program to others?
