1. Did you have identified problems upon entering the Program?
Poor digestion, very bloated, found it hard to build muscle, tired and lethargic, poor sleep – I would wake up during the night several times, really struggled to get through training just didn’t have energy.
2. Have these problems being resolved since starting the program?
Since starting the program it has been a complete turn around, my digestion has improved dramatically I am no longer bloated, I have heaps of energy, especially during training. I now sleep through the night and have put on nearly 6kgs of muscle since starting the program.
3. What were you eating prior to starting the program?
Lots of green vegetables, some fruit, some milk, brown rice, lean meats, tuna, pasta
4. What are you eating now?
Lean meats, white potato, seafood, lots of milk, butter, coconut oil, white sugar, cheese, pulp free OJ, yoghurt, cottage cheese, eggs, NuGel Gelatin
5. How long did you spend in calendar time on the Program?
6. Was the information presented understandable and credible?
Yes, very easy to understand
7. Was your coach for the Program helpful? What grade would you give him/her? (A – F)
Kitty is so passionate about what she does, she wants to genuinely help people and make them feel better, she is not just in it for money. She explained things in a way that was very easy to understand.
8. Is it easy to procure the foods you need and prepare them for the Program you are now using?
Yes it is super easy to get the foods I need and it is cheap!
9. Summarise your experience with the program.
This is the best I have felt since I was 20, so much more energy and my sleep is so much better, plus I have put on muscle!
