Popping the Food Bubble Nutrition Program Feedback
1. Did you have identified problems upon entering the Program?
I was a red hot mess, moods were up and down, digestion was horrible, I would eat something then run to the toilet, lacked motivation and energy, lacked purpose, I was drinking too much, I had low self esteem and I was hard on everyone else as I was so negative towards myself, eating low calories and my menstrual cycle was all over the place, sleep was terrible and broken. I was tired through the day and couldn’t sleep at night.
2. Have these problems being resolved since starting the program?
My menstrual cycle has improved dramatically, mood swings have gone, digestion has improved dramatically, I now have lots of energy, I am so much more positive and I just let things go, I am eating a lot more and have lost 3-4kgs, I now sleep through the night now, Rob doesn’t have to walk like he is on egg shells all the time I am just happier.
3. What were you eating prior to starting the program?
Shit, because I wasn’t into a routine with the eating, I would have a big breaky of toast, mushrooms, bacon, hash browns, then I wouldn’t eat until dinner.
4. What are you eating now?
Eggs, dairy, mushrooms, meat, fruit, OJ, seafood, root vegetables, bone broths, Nugel, liver
5. How long did you spend in calendar time on the Program?
6. Was the information presented understandable and credible?
7. Was your coach for the Program helpful? What grade would you give him/her? (A – F)
You are marvellous, grade A, rob adores you Kitty you have given him his old girlfriend back. The last 3 weeks we have been the best we have been since we first got together.
8. Is it easy to procure the foods you need and prepare them for the Program you are now using?
Yes very easy
9. Have you seen an increase in resting temperature and pulse while on the program?
No I have been slack with that but noticed my temperature has increased
10. Summarise your experience with the program.
I cant even thank you enough for it, I am a different person its amazing, previously, on some days I didn’t even know who I was when I woke up, now I am consistent every single day emotionally, from the bottom of my heart thank you so much. Even though its come to an end I will continue to eat like this for the rest of my life.
11. Would you recommend the Program to others?
