I have been training with Matt Peterson for 6 months, during this time he introduced me to Kitty at NuStrength. Matt raved about the nutrition program he had recently completed and recommended I try it.
When I first met Kitty I was eating a typical diet of lean meats, rice, green vegetables, protein powder, nuts, bananas and salads. I felt bloated, tired, irritable and found it very hard to get through my training sessions. I have recently completed the “popping the food bubble program” and have never felt better. I now have loads of energy, I am no longer bloated or irritable and my training performance has gone through the roof. The food is tasty and satisfying and I no longer crave sweets like I used to. At the start of the program I was only able to drink lactose free milk, now I can drink normal milk without digestive issues. Weight loss was not one of my goals however I have lost 4.5kgs and 7cm off my waist.
Now that I have completed the program I have a greater awareness of my body and how different foods affect me. I would highly recommend the program to everyone as it is educational, you’re not just told what to eat like most standard meal plans out there, you would be surprised at what you should really be eating! ! Kitty and Craig are knowledgeable, warm and supportive and I formed a great connection with them on the first consult. Thanks for helping me reach my goals.
