Popping the Food Bubble Nutrition Program Feedback
Did you have identified problems upon entering the Program?
Before commencing this program I had trouble sleeping, was fatigued and lethargic everyday, constantly felt bloated and heavy in the stomach and had rapid mood swings.
Have these problems being resolved since starting the program?
I can happily report that I now sleep like a baby, right through most nights. I wake up feeling better, my energy levels are more consistent throughout the day, my mood swings have settled and I no longer feel lethargic or uncomfortable after eating.
What were you eating prior to starting the program?
As I’ve participated in Bodybuilding and Powerlifting for the last 3 years, I was eating the traditional oats, chicken and broccoli, almonds and protein powder diet.
What are you eating now?
Now I am thoroughly enjoying eggs, fruit, pulp free juice, salads, seafood, and lots and lots of milk!
How long did you spend in calendar time on the Program?
I signed up for the initial 12 week program with Kitty, and have since moved to being a nutrition Client with Craig.
Was the information presented understandable and credible?
Through all the technical terms, the information was presented in a way that you can relate to and understand. Some of it made too much sense, almost to a point where I questioned why more people aren’t doing it.
Was your coach for the Program helpful? What grade would you give him/her? (A – F)
Kitty’s energy and passion is contagious and captivating, and her care and excitement towards my issues and progress was genuine and warm. A+ from me ☺
Is it easy to procure the foods you need and prepare them for the Program you are now using?
I am a creature of habit and don’t always have the time or want to think too much about my food. The foods on this program are easy to source and prep, enjoyable to eat and work well with my busy schedule. Plus… my grocery bill has dropped at least $30/week.
Have you seen an increase in resting temperature and pulse while on the program?
Although not where we want them yet. my temperature and pulse have been more consistent. Now, with the help of Craig and Kitty, we are continuing to work through the underlining issues to make further progress with this.
Summarise your experience with the program.
Craig and Kitty have been nothing but welcoming, helpful, positive and most importantly, happy to answer any and all of my questions. I feel great, have never been so happy or comfortable within my body, and now that my sleep, energy and moods have improved, my overall general happiness has improved. It has, and continues to be, a refreshing change to my relationship with food!
Would you recommend the Program to others?
Most definitely. The best thing I ever did was take a chance on something so different and have loved every bit of it.
