Popping the Food Bubble Nutrition Program Feedback
1. Did you have identified problems upon entering the Program?
I had hit a wall and nothing was working, no matter how much I cut my calories I couldn’t lose weight. My energy was very low, stress was high, was getting nowhere with my training or weight loss. My sleep was non-existent, I woke up constantly it was very broken. I was very moody, my menstrual cycle was very painful.
2. Have these problems being resolved since starting the program?
My menstrual cycle has improved the last three periods have been great, my energy has improved, my mood has stabilised, I am no longer hungry all the time, my sleep has improved, I sleep a good 7-8 hours now.
3. What were you eating prior to starting the program?
Chicken, green vegetables, protein shakes, no dairy, nuts
4. What are you eating now?
Eggs, potatoes, fruit, honey, OJ, milk, gelatin, butter, coconut oil, meat, seafood, oysters
5. How long did you spend in calendar time on the Program?
6. Was the information presented understandable and credible?
I believe so yes, I liked the lessons given every three weeks
7. Was your coach for the Program helpful? What grade would you give him/her? (A – F)
You were very helpful, an A, very open and said I could question you at anytime, the facebook page is awesome.
8. Is it easy to procure the foods you need and prepare them for the Program you are now using?
Yes, I do struggle with some of the grass fed meats, everything in the states is corn based
9. Have you seen an increase in resting temperature and pulse while on the program?
10. Summarise your experience with the program.
It has been eye opening, against the mainstream media, it was the opposite of everything I had learnt and how unreal the fitness industry is, I read labels very carefully now. It was really refreshing, you are eating things growing from the earth, it was definitely worth doing.
11. Would you recommend the Program to others?
